1964 Race Baja Bug Race Dezert Well, after blowing up the engine at the high desert 100 race, it is time for a massive refresh of the car. we are converting the car's rear suspension to irs with a bus transaxle, and definitely going to widen the front and rear both. Fabbed up some coilover mounts and got the car sitting on its own weight again! those upper rear shock mounts, you probably should have spread the tabs out a little and allowed more swivel of those upper mounts.
