PNC seems to be working weekends, but apparently the department at Quicken that deals with this is only working Monday thru Friday and they are in a different time zone where per my PNC person doesn't start till around noon EST. UPDATED 11/11/25 PNC Bank -Direct Connect and PNC - Quicken. UPDATE 11/11/25: PNC has discovered a new issue on their end for some accounts. Please try deactivating and reactivating your accounts.
PNC Bank issues — Quicken. Anyone having issues again with downloading from PNC Bank? It says it connects and there's nothing to download but I know that is wrong. PNC bank did a major upgrade over the weekend, and now no transactions are coming into Quicken. I can see new transactions on the PNC site, but 0 transactions have been downloaded from PNC into Quicken since Friday. The other 2 PNC Bank accounts did not download any transactions and the Online Balances are still from 10/23.
Hopefully this is a good sign and by tomorrow all 3 accounts will get updated. Similarly, quicken and PNC Direct Connect - also Bill Pay. As of May 17, 2023, Direct Connect to PNC is not working.
I have reached out to both Quicken and PNC. The Quicken support team mentioned that this is a PNC Bank issue. I spent more than one hour with the PNC Support people. It's important to note that, i still cannot connect and update PNC Accounts in Quiken and have also lost a direct connection to PNC.

Furthermore, direct Connect has not downloaded PNC transactions for the last week. My PNC Bank checking account "cleared" transactions are still NOT Downloading into Quicken. I have to manually clear them in Quicken when comparing them to PNC Banks web-site. In relation to this, pNC Direct connection not working with Quicken.
I am unable to connect 3 out of 4 accounts with PNC Direct, even though I have the pin sent to me from PNC.
