PNC seems to be working weekends, but apparently the department at Quicken that deals with this is only working Monday thru Friday and they are in a different time zone where per my PNC person doesn't start till around noon EST. PNC bank did a major upgrade over the weekend, and now no transactions are coming into Quicken. I can see new transactions on the PNC site, but 0 transactions have been downloaded from PNC into Quicken since Friday. Quicken and PNC Direct Connect - also Bill Pay. As of May 17, 2023, Direct Connect to PNC is not working. I have reached out to both Quicken and PNC.
The Quicken support team mentioned that this is a PNC Bank issue. I spent more than one hour with the PNC Support people. I still cannot connect and update PNC Accounts in Quiken and have also lost a direct connection to PNC. Any thoughts or ideas?

But for the specific accounts below the PNC Bank - Direct Connect FI on the right side it clearly showed there is an issue with the downloads because of the 10/13/2025 last data date. So, same old same old. Building on this, my main data file remains connected with EWC+ and that continues to work well. Furthermore, i will not revert to DC until this DC issue is resolved.
